- RBRollin BesMar 28, 20252.0I came here because I thought I would get better costumer service. I was wrong. The entrance is at the corner of the mall complex. When you walk in you have to ATM machines , after that another set of doors leads you to the lobby. The lobby has a couple of couches, a few cubicles and only two tellers. The tellers are one foot apart. I have never seen anything like it. If two customers are there at the same time , there is no privacy. You are within ear shot of hearing everything. The branch manager just floats around pretending like they are doing anything. I wouldn’t recommend this branch for anything other than using the atm.
- YLY LinAug 10, 20201.0Worst banking experience ever. Came twice under COVID-19 situation for simple wire transfer business and they declined my transfer request with ambiguous reasons... Never faced similar issues with other competitor banks. The bank employee and manager was also unprofessional and unhelpful to solve customer problems. I was mislead my its perfect google reviews. Better select a different branch or bank if you have time sensitive banking service request. Now thinking about cancelling all my banking relationship with WF, which I had used for over 10 years.
