Never in my life have I experienced an ATM that is literally out of order 99.9% of the time... at this point it's almost comical.. first of all the bank closes at 4pm.. which basically means the bank is utterly useless if you have a job, because when your work day is over, the bank is already closed. This leaves the ATM.. and this ATM does nothing else but take up space. 10 out of 10 times when I've really needed to deposit money to ya know, pay bills.. the ATM isn't working... either the screen doesn't work.. the buttons don't work.. deposits are unavailable... the ATM is undergoing maintenance... you can only deposit a check, the list goes on.. it's a daily problem at this point, so much that I'm closing my account and moving to another bank.. if using an ATM is how you do your banking, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK.! I've wasted SO much time driving back and forth to this ATM for NO REASON, it's nauseating.. BEWARE and SAVE YOURSELF from the misery which is KEY BANK of Eastchester.!
