Fast forward, After a month the entire attitude of this company went in the opposite direction. It took me over a week, 12 phone calls, calling the local comptroller, making several complaints about branch managers, terrible customer service, my children being upset in a public office due to a Rude employee. My fees were $27 to close my account. NEVER use this bank. I was also given my entire month of transaction history without being asked for ID by a Branch manager at a different branch. Breach of confidentiality. I could have been anyone and was given my name address telephone number account history and part of my social without Id. Think that sums it up.

Now they are telling me i have to file a claim with an 800 number and wait 10 days to get my money back. How is that right? Why does the customer have to suffer for the banks mess up? They are quick to place fees on you when you mess up but make the customer wait when its there fault
