  This bank is never able to help me and instead excels at making my life more difficult. A few months ago, nobody from their team knew how to help me set up an investor account, and now this week nobody from their team understands how a credit card should work and instead simply wasted my time and can’t even give me a digital copy of a card that i was approved for for 7-10 days. In the year 2025. Tell me what planet this bank is on because it’s not Earth !!

  My father was a loyal TD bank customer when he passed away in 2024. After my father died, an individual stole his debit card information and went on a spending spree overseas. When I reported the fraud to TD bank shortly after he passed, they informed me there was "nothing they could do" because I was not yet granted administration of his estate. Fast forward to 2025, TD bank is now telling me they can only reimburse customers for fraudulent charges up to 90 days after the fraud, and that time has now passed. TD bank allowed thousands of dollars to be stolen from my dead father's bank account, and are now telling me they will not rectify it. Shame on TD bank.

  Finally get to a working atm but the cash deposit part doesn't work fix you ATM's please waisted to much time TRYING to find a working one
