- CCChristineSep 11, 20251.0My father was a loyal TD bank customer when he passed away in 2024. After my father died, an individual stole his debit card information and went on a spending spree overseas. When I reported the fraud to TD bank shortly after he passed, they informed me there was "nothing they could do" because I was not yet granted administration of his estate. Fast forward to 2025, TD bank is now telling me they can only reimburse customers for fraudulent charges up to 90 days after the fraud, and that time has now passed. TD bank allowed thousands of dollars to be stolen from my dead father's bank account, and are now telling me they will not rectify it. Shame on TD bank.

I made a on time payment to my loan and sent me a letter that I was late. Just got home from paying the loan off in full, Yahoo! After waiting 30 minutes in the loan area. Do not use this bank. 😊 so glad you're out of my life.
