- JWJ WOct 26, 20251.0Worst TD branch… Bankers there don’t wanna do their job, especially the Indian guy there. Twice we went to him, he told us to call the customer service line to solve the problem by ourselves. Same thing with the lady banker, she’s doing the same trick as the Indian guy, turning people away with all sorts of excuses. I wanted to complain to the manager there, but have never saw the manager in the office or on the floor.

I don’t understand what they need More things they said that they need permanent residence card. I said them green card under process that’s why my daughters have work authorization card but they don’t accept. Actually they don’t know Employment authorization card is first ID in America Bank should be change this kind of employee because after that i went Bank of America withn 10 minutes they help open new account.
