- AMali moosaNov 21, 20241.0I got scammed and ripped off by them 😡😡What a pathetic customer service. I had to send an international wire. The teller screwed up and sent the wrong amount. I had to go back next day and resent it. 2 weeks later the wire came back because the branch missed some information. They charged me $65 and wouldn’t refund the fee either. Manager didn’t seem to care either. I used Western Union and cost me only $10 to send the same amount and the receiver got it right away. Many other banks like chase or BOA are a better option. Please stay away from them.
