I deposited the cash for my credit card through the ATM machine, which was instructed by this lady - “Daniela”, when I was trying to do it through the counter. Tragically the ATM took my cash and only returned my card.. she only gave me a piece of paper with a general customer service number, telling me I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF this whole situation. She was so chilling talking to her coworker and hanging out thinking this is not a big deal. I deposited over 2k cash, and walking out without anything completed. Daniel just walked away and dodged me. This is truly the worst bank experience ever in my life

I went to deposit a check and the lady (a blond lady,don’t know her name) was giving me many excuses to deposit that check and in the end she said she couldn’t do it so I went to the branch in Levittown and I deposited the check in 60 seconds. I had issues at this East meadow branch before.corporate please change those people
