When I asked inside what happened they had 2 tellers at counter 2 people at desk 1 customer in bank all they could say was sorry . Um if you don’t want to do drive thru close it don’t make people wait forever to the point they drove over curb to get out of the drive thru! I have been with Astoria for over 25 years they all the changes no more goodbye you guys stink. This is insane I’m switching banks asap
