- JJJasonOct 16, 20251.0Don't waste your time at this branch other branches are very helpful this Branch will harass you and belittle you to cash a check. I have tenants to give me checks and every month they insist that they must call the tenant before they can cash it and if the tenant doesn't answer the phone they don't cash the check. One employee is nastier than the next find a less hostile place to do your banking

The website is outdated. They do not prioritize data security (e.g., they list full account numbers on 1099-INT forms). Still resentful toward HSBC for selling to less competent local banks, which then sold again to much less competent banks like Northwest.
