    Business is done backwards. There SBA bankers can pick or choose who to give loans to based on personal preferences. Waited four months with no answer and lost out on the deal because the unprofessionalism of Keybank.

    Close by and usually easy enough to get cash from ATM when needed, but past month have gone there 2-3 times and cash withdrawal wasn’t even an option. Didn’t really understand that. I guess things happen but never thought an ATM would be out of cash, especially on multiple occasions.

    I work at a nearby business, so I frequently go to this location. Every time I go to this business I receive rude glances from many of the workers, and I’m not sure why. Recently, during a visit to this location, one of the workers made sure to tell me that I was in the wrong line and to move over to the other. I politely obliged, although no one else was in this line. Little did I know I’d be spending 25 minutes in line while watching several other customers enter and be taken care of. I’m not sure why I was instructed to get in a different line than everyone else, but being an African-American this did not sit well with me and left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
