Because of her, I will now be pulling 4 accounts out of KeyBank and transferring to M&T Bank. Maybe lunches shouldn’t take priority over customers. Absolutely awful.

I've watched 3 or 4 tellers at the counter & new people come in that are taken care of before the drive thru. The wait has been between 8-12 minutes without any cars ahead of me. Not sure why but this location used to have better drive thru service

The bunch of employees that r in there now is the best staff ever in this branch history. Need another drive threw two lanes just don't cut it. To many old people holding it up no matter how fast the workers go grandma finds away to slow it all down.
