Because of her, I will now be pulling 4 accounts out of KeyBank and transferring to M&T Bank. Maybe lunches shouldn’t take priority over customers. Absolutely awful.

Because she warned my elderly mom she saved her from loosing a large sum of money. She also kept her from having a medical emergency with her calming well given suggestions to call me directly and confirm what she was told by a person pretending to be a police officer. Thank you Kristen. You deserve more than this thank you from me and my family.
