    Do not use this bank for business! They hold your money for days when it clears days before just to lend the money overnight! The worst bank! Stay away! Do yourself a favor and save the headache.

    Unfortunately my TD account was compromised and my bank card was frozen. I came into the store at 445 pm exactly 15 minutes before the branches official closing hours. I walked up to the teller who was a young man wearing a pink button down, and another woman wearing a blue top next to him with a light skinned Spanish woman in black standing behind them. I notified the teller this was an emergency situation my bank card was frozen because Td bank allowed fraudulent charges to be withdrawn from my account. I needed a new debit card, with 15 minutes left the woman in black tells me it’s too late to get a debit card right now you can get it tomorrow. I reiterate that this is an emergency situation I will wait if i have to all I need is a new debit card this one is frozen I can’t use my account without it. She says no you can’t get it today. Go to one of those TD banks that’s open till 6 (this is a lie none of them in Long Island are open till six. This was the first lie) I ask her name she says Lily and I ask her title she’s the “assistant manager” before I walk out I asked for the store number so I can make a complaint. She says we don’t have a store number. This was another lie this branches identifying number is 3309. Whatever you do, don’t come to this branch except if you only need the atm. I’ve read other reviews about this manager being disrespectful, dehumanizing to someone who is in an emergency situation.

    The branch manager refuses to accept my deposit at the counter and tells me i need to do a night deposit for my business. No other branch does this! I call for discrimination!!!
