Today was just an absolutely rotten day for me, and along came Jessica. Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky." She was a wonderfully bright spot in a cloudy day, and is an absolute gem of a person! Wonderful service, wonderful staff, wonderful experience!
