- JEJulia ElianaJun 7, 20241.0The only star on here is for the fact that dogs are welcome and that Marilyn was absolutely fantastic when we helped my mom with some errands at the bank a few days ago. On this visit, the manager closed the queue for speaking with a customer service agent before 4pm, with 5 people in the queue and 4 representatives working and two hours remaining until close. She was not knowledgeable about how we can submit our request via the app as one of the supervising tellers advised we do. Manager sat down with us to walk through the desktop site bumbling around the website instead of helping us complete the transaction required or allowing us to wait to be helped. She said we needed to come in another time but that we would not be able to make an appointment for this service. I would like to add that I burst out laughing which upset her but honestly, what a circus, and honestly a better stress response in my opinion than me sharing my actual inner thoughts.
