- DCDavid CoolJul 7, 20251.0Last visit to this bank cashed a 24 dollar check from the dmv and was not charged a fee. Waited for the teller and the manager to use a tablet to scan my id. They were having "technical" problems and was there for 20+ mins waiting for them to figure it out. Today cashed another dmv check and was charged 7.50. I don't have an account but our lovely state of NY apparently does. Stay away from Keybank at all costs. !!!!!!

All super nice and efficient. Plus- the bank itself is ancient and one of the coolest banks ever! The huge old vault on view is incredible- all the decoration is 1920's, marble and brass, high ceilings etc. Like a step back in time
