Then why have an office with staff and manager sitting there when you can not help customers that wants the help and wants to actually get to the bottom of things. Then when your on the phone its harder to get things done especially with Jovia. We are so disappointed with Jovia and me personally I have never met a less care free staff members who were not willing to do a lot to help their customers. I would never recommend
