- PPPatty PollardJul 29, 20245.0I have had at checking account here for 13 years or so. I went into this branch to open a savings account on Thursday July 25th around 2:15pm. I’ve heard an appointment is needed to do this and I did not have one scheduled. I went up to the desk and explained I didn’t have an appt and the man behind the desk said I could still be helped. I was helped by a personal banker named Joel Elsemore. Joel was pleasant and made me feel at ease the entire visit. when I walked into the bank I thought my financial situation & anxieties would make for an uncomfortable experience. Great experience here for me that day. *** My experiences with and opinion of the operation of Key Bank as a business are not good. I attribute that mostly to the fact that it’s a huge corporation. I’m able to choose what bank I use and still cont. to use them so that’s my my own fault***

It's been 2 years since my original post on this bank branch and nothing has changed! Awesome treatment, timely and accurate transactions. Jasmine is one of the most friendly and efficient tellers that one can be lucky enough to deal with! Simply the best!!!

Updated 6/30/22 I go to this branch regularly because of my job. I must say the atitude of all the current staff and branch manager has greatly improved. It's a different experience now then used to be. All staff are extremely friendly and efficient with my transactions. Thanks for the great service!
