    Only because I had to give a star . Chris and Claudia at this bank should be FIRED and by reading all the negative reviews how they have not been sued for discrimination and other reasons is beyond me . Never again will I step foot in this branch or even a TD Bank for that matter . Chris made me wait one hour then advised me that he could not help me as the bank now was closing leaving me with a locked up account just days before Christmas . He however proceeded to take the Spanish gentleman after me. The bank was not closed for him . Td now is getting a civil suit with Chris and Claudia being sued as well. RUDEST 2 PEOPLE EVER . TD what are you employing ??? SHAME ON YOU AND ALLOWING THIS CONTINUED BEHAVIOR ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THESE REVIEWS ON HERE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS OR NOW PAST CUSTOMERS STATING THE SAME EXACT THING .

    This bank has the worst customer service . They say they will help but they DON’T . The phone rings more than 10 times before they answer it .. the tellers are pleasant but the managers are never available and NEVER return a call. Don’t deserve 1 star but can’t write a review w/o a rating !!

    Why oh why can't they install a walk up ATM? The drive through ATM is constantly broken. The inconvenience is ridiculous.

    Foreign currency exchange. I made a transaction from us dollars to euros. 22 days later the bank calls me and tells me they over paid me and I need to pay them $50. I don't have the receipt and with the exchange rate changes everyday it's disconerning. Going forward I will not being using td bank for any exchanges. I am baffled that I have to pay for the tellers/computers mistakes almost a month later. I do business and I have undercharged clients in the past and ate the cost. I never called them at any point after the transaction expecting them to pay the difference. I will never do business that way. I'm very sadden I had a bad experience here as I have been banking here since I was a teenager. I caution everyone considering using Td bank for foreign currency exchange, to do the math at the time of and double check everything.
