Despite providing all the required documents, including a valid SSN (which clearly proves my identity and address), my account was locked without any valid explanation. I’ve traveled to more than five countries independently by the age of 21, and I can honestly say this has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, resolution, and transparency is unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly asked for help, but no one has taken proper action or connected me with someone who can actually fix the issue. This level of service is shocking coming from a bank.
