It takes forever to receive a new card when you open a bank Account you don’t even get a card then it takes like 10 days they’re online Bank always has some kind of issue in trouble signing in. They don’t answer the phone and now I have bills to pay no access to my bank and a card that is 15 days out thank you, Key Bank I’m so disappointed In a very busy world that should be the last thing somebody has to worry about

I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.
