- FFfennec13Aug 25, 20251.0Let me tell you a story of rude bank employees: Every month on the 15th I'd walk in to put in a check for my mortgage because Wells Fargo thinks its funny to level late fees on people (trying to get rid of their PMI some day). Folks here kept giving me BS as to why the fees shouldn't be reversed and how I MUST have been late, so I had to walk my check in EVERY month. I will never forget the smarmy and unprofessional people at this location.

The lady tells me go to another bank get the money out. And Call Wells Fargo Customer service and fight for your money back from the other ATM withdrawal. Is she kidding me. Always something going on with this bank their hours suck system sucks. Every time you turn the news on they’re ripping you off for ripping customers off. I’m fighting with my wife right now to close my account there. I was there an hour and 20 minutes trying to get $600 out
