- CFCristian FernandezOct 21, 20251.0I had bad expectations of this institution and they only got them worse. Bad customer service. There is no respect for the waiting time. They gave me 3 different reasons for not letting me cash out for a 3k check, that is, they lie. Before all that they tried to make me their client even when I told them repeatedly that and I had had an account with them, complicated and also the benefits were null.
- CBClara BrooksApr 26, 20132.0Went here with my mother and sat down while she was speaking to the people there. Chairs there are by the vault, and minutes after sitting down waiting, some employees there seemed to be watching me, maybe thinking that I was gonna steal some money or something. It was the oddest, unnecessary thing, and if me sitting down petrified them, they should have had their chairs somewhere else. Then, one of the employees who was staring at me (a woman) came over and asked if I was waiting to be helped by someone. I told her I was waiting for my mother - she probably was wondering my intentions or something. If you sit down there, watch for being watched. Boy, people are weird, and that's a strange experience I feel you shouldn't have at a bank.
