Felt coerst into giving them money with the promise that things could still be adjusted to my requests before finalizing paperwork but that was a lie. Constantly butted heads with Tony the loan officer who never answered the questions I asked but would talk around in circles. Ended up taking his advice and took my business elsewhere. Only regret is that it cost me $500 to learn this lesson. Beware and make sure you completely understand what you are agreeing to if you decide to do business with them. 1/6/20 Thanks for taking the time to hear my complaints but not resolving my issues with your bank.
