I tried depositing two separate checks, and unfortunately I was informed that they would be held for 5 days due to the inconstancy of my checks through my employer. For that reason, I had to go to Northwest to dispute this in order to get my money that day. It took a minute, but the tellers looked into the situation and were able to cash my checks on site. It was a little nerve wrecking, but in the end, was super pleased at how helpful this bank truly was. Thank you again :)
