- VTVicki Tyler6 days ago1.0i have a safe deposit box there and they just sent me this very threatening letter stating they sent several notices in the past. i never received one of those letters until i got this threatening one. Northwest Bank, you are terrible!!!! i will be withdrawing my safe deposit box and tell everyone to not use your bank!!!! so disappointed!!!

Couldn’t get help. Get slammed with 9 insufficient money fees with a week. Once the issue was fixed on my end I got slammed with more and got told it was because I didn’t “do my job as a customer” and make sure my balance was correct before using my card for the money that was in my account. I recommend switching to another bank if you currently have northwest as they will not help you in time of need but instead meet you with rude attitudes and make the situation more confusing and difficult. I talked to customer service a separate day and got told a complete different story
