- DKDominique KnopSep 12, 20254.0I love banking my business with Northwest and the Kenmore location is very convenient to my residential address. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating except for one bank teller named AMARA! I usually don’t write bad reviews but everytime she takes care of me she has the worst attitude and overall it seems she hates her job I never experience this with any other team member. I pray I don’t have to have her again in the future because her customer service skills are very poor and it seems like me bringing my business is annoying to her day
