During my recent experience, they asked me about the incident at the branch, but their primary concern was whether the branch manager's actions would lead to a lawsuit. Their lack of concern for the customer was palpable, as they appeared unwilling to admit wrongdoing out of fear of legal action. I sincerely hope that Key Bank will prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for any actions that may have caused its customers harm.
