- ADAj DichiaraSep 25, 20161.0Key bank sucks they had a miss hap with my account and a block was put on it. Before I knew that it was on there my fiance tryed to deposit 1000 cash. She isnt on my account went to clerk wen the atm wouldnt accept deposit. They took hold off account and took the 1000. Then I contact them to see what the issue was they said I tried to deposit check 2 times. I used mobil app and after a couple hours no information appeared in my account to suggest it was going through. I deposited in person. That was my fault for being impatient. But then they accepted 1000 cash from someone not on the account so I went and withdrew in person 900. So I chk my account next day it says -900 in my account......what in the name just happened. Contact them they cant figure it out either had to wait another 24 hrs for them to correct that. Now I chk my account transaction it says -500....the check is now supposedly being held for collection purposes. My account is positive 100 why are they holding it for collection I dont owe them or n e one else money so week later still no 500 from the check supposedly for collection. Worst bank hands down the worst experience possible
