This bank apparently does not understand that People need to get back to work, they can only go to the bank on their lunch hour. Key Bank obviously has no regard whatsoever for the community that they purport to serve. And top of that the teller was rude, inattentive and dismissive attitude - not even a thought of apologizing for the wait! - if I didn't have to, I would never use this bank again.
