I gave 5 star because of one person who works at this location and her name is Nela. Nela should be the face of Webster Bank, she is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and helping my mom who is a senior citizen with special needs. There should be more workers available like Nela to give the same attention, support and care in a timely manner to other customers who have been a staple at this bank for years who are now seniors. Our Seniors should not be made to wait for a long periods of time, their body simply can’t allow it.
Also this bank is not wheelchair accessible. The doors are too heavy and narrow to get chair inside.

Worst customer service ever! I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment because a couple that did not have an appointment signed in moments before I did. I missed my whole lunch brake and was unable to handle other business. Appointments are unnecessary to make they will tell you that once they have you waiting.

The Flatbush Avenue branch at the junction has some helpful tellers(especially Narcessa), however, there are many times where the branch appears to be understaffed. Often times This leads to frequent extensive delays for service.
