  I’ve been a client here for more than 10 years First at Ave M location that closed down almost 2 years ago what a shame I actually worked with Natalya the old bank manager and Faina and Anila as the tellers I was at Ave J branch here and there Now Ave M closed I go to Ave J branch always The bankers Anila and Faina were transferred there from the Ave M location and I’m still there with them No lines in the bank and they’re patient kind caring and helpful Best bank ever to go to Hint Hint Hint there’s a lot of millionaires and billionaires who go there it’s for a reason they’re there no one knows that secret and I do

  Very bad experience! I banked with them for a year when I needed to take care of something they always seemed lazy and rolled their eyes to all customers they would argue who should do the work. It made me feel super uncomfortable. The reason I left for good was they locked me out of the app and I called in they told me go to the bank and the teller said I should call in. I thought it was a big waste of time and told them if they don't help me resolve this just give me a check so I can go open a new account elsewhere and that's what I did they didn't even care.
