- EEElina E2E EVENTSOct 16, 20251.0Avoid Avoid Avoid They gave me some women to open up my business account who was Learning on my time!! l kept asking for someone else because I couldn't understand what she was asking me with her very deep Pakistani accent. For 2.5 HOURS she kept messing everything up, I kept saying I suffer from anxiety and this bank that had no Ac on and reaked of body oder didnt help. I was tested today on how much lack of customer service and unprofessionalism I can handle. The Russian lady named Rimma kept coming over as I begged her to take over that I did not sign up for a 2.5 hour lesson she refused to help and kept telling me to be nice!! Disgusting customer service and lack of common decency. I will never step foot in there again ....Go to another bank !! I forgot to mention I'll be contacting BBB & CORPORATE !!!
