When i entered, I saw there were only three of staff members and all others were not on time I think. After unnecessary waiting there of 30 minutes Miss Natasha Christopher call me. She was so nice and understand my problem and resolve it. I was little disappointed due to unnecessary wait due to staff shortage or staff was not on time. This TD bank branch needs on time Staff like Miss Natasha Christopher to help other customers. Thanks

No one else there knows what they’re doing. I went in to open a credit card via TD’s cross border banking and an associate (sits in the back left desk (not cubicle)) had me fill out a paper application. I followed up with the branch a week later when the credit dept had no record of my application. I was told I’d get a call back after they looked into it. Nothing. Well, he never submitted it. Great. I submitted on my own after finding the document online. Voila. It’s amazing what actually filing the paperwork will do. I spoke with Maria after submitting the document on my own and she called on my behalf to the credit dept and she confirmed it was approved. She also knew all about the cross boarder banking, which was so refreshing after multiple employees telling me that cross border relationships didn’t exist.
