- FFFatimaOct 31, 20251.0Carolina Hermida and Mardannie Cherisme were no help at all when the ATM took my card. I had to call customer service myself and when customer service reached out thats when the employees helped which took over an hour of me being in the branch . I have filed a complaint and will be filong more . Do not go to this branch. They told me there is nothing they can do to help me get my card back and left me standing there for over an hour . As i was standing there , others came in with issues and they told them the same thing .

They need to fix that door so people can have access to the ATM 24/7
