- JGJenny GiteSep 18, 20251.0The female customer service sitting on the right after entering the bank, she didn't know anything and often messed things up,really not professional.My bank money was stolen in the middle of the night. I submitted a claim to the bank, but later I didn't get compensation. The record she submitted was that I didn't get a claim because I had a chip card in my hand! She is a liar. I have a card that will expire next month, and I haven't received a new card! Because of her fault, I can't get a claim. The thief use the new card take money away.the new card should supposedly deliver to my house before expiration date!This bank is not safe and it's not worth you to put money here!
