I submitted a claim to the bank, but later I didn't get compensation. The record she submitted was that I didn't get a claim because I had a chip card in my hand! She is a liar. I have a card that will expire next month, and I haven't received a new card! Because of her fault, I can't get a claim. The thief use the new card take money away.the new card should supposedly deliver to my house before expiration date!This bank is not safe and it's not worth you to put money here!

I overheard a guy who's helped me as a teller before say to his coworker that he was TOLD to not open another slot as a teller instead to be a greeter. Bro. The line was of more than 5 people PLUS one of the 3 ATMs wasn't accepting the option for making deposits. Overall, won't come here again which sucks because now I have to go far. Folk d.a don't come here unless u have an emergency save yourselves from the neglect and lack of thought the people have here for others
