- DDDimitri DimizasSep 28, 20251.0The worst TD branch I have ever been to and I'm local so I have no choice but to use them. I opened a business account with them an was told I wouldn't pay fee as long as i kept a minimum balance across my accounts. Months later I notice $20 maintenance fee coming out, after waiting an hour+, I speak to an associate and I find out that they never linked my accounts. I sign the paper work they give to li k my accounts, they refund me 2 months of fees, and I leave thinking I'm ok. A few months later I notice fees again and call customer service. Turns out they didnt link my account a second time. This branch is so chaotic! And on top of that, I've always waited an hour to talk to any one.

Today I decided to go Into this branch whom I’ve visited many times before but not for this specific reason. Going in I had this pre exiting notion that nothing will come out of it. However, a rep by the name of Cheyenne, whom went above and beyond , figured it all out! AMAZING!!!! Thankyou so much for all your help! Very stratified with the service provided today and the other times I’ve used this branch for my banking needs. Shout out to Tyrone as well! Thankyou for your service.
