  I work for the MTA and every few we get a couple hours to kill and stopped here to update some information needed. Well, and I don’t know if it’s because I look much younger than I am— but I noticed just an overall unpleasant and rushed attitude with everyone except for the Asian woman. The security literally followed me around everywhere good 6 inches away from a private conversation I was having regarding medical information. Then when I approached the counter for a second time the black girl, and two other white ones wouldnt even give me any attention I had to literally stop them mid conversation to ask if they were every going to provide service. When I told them what exactly I needed because I couldn’t wait to see anyone she just gave me a card. Who knew you could get racially profiled by other black people? Well I did but it’s just as disappointing when it happens regardless of race.

  The customer service is terrible. They make you wait at the drive-through for like almost 20 minutes before somebody comes to the window and says that they’re busy meanwhile there are people walking back-and-forth and There is one customer at the counter they may be short of staff, but not my problem. It’s a Friday 2 o’clock no excuse.
