  I work for the MTA and every few we get a couple hours to kill and stopped here to update some information needed. Well, and I don’t know if it’s because I look much younger than I am— but I noticed just an overall unpleasant and rushed attitude with everyone except for the Asian woman. The security literally followed me around everywhere good 6 inches away from a private conversation I was having regarding medical information. Then when I approached the counter for a second time the black girl, and two other white ones wouldnt even give me any attention I had to literally stop them mid conversation to ask if they were every going to provide service. When I told them what exactly I needed because I couldn’t wait to see anyone she just gave me a card. Who knew you could get racially profiled by other black people? Well I did but it’s just as disappointing when it happens regardless of race.

  This is one of my favorite Td branches ever, and I have been to almost all of them in Brooklyn, but they always stand out. I always had an excellent experience with both the tellers and the banker. Katie was always the person who I only went to, because her professionalism, her personality, and care towards customers is something rare! Then met Olga, she is great too! Both are extremely professional, patient, and attentive. They greet me warmly, explained everything clearly, and handled my transactions efficiently while making sure I understood each step. It is rare to see such consistency in customer service, and they both made me feel like a valued client rather than just another customer in line. Their professionalism combined with their friendly approach made the process smooth and stress free. I also had the opportunity to work with Gary, the banker, who went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided detailed explanations of the available options. What stood out most was his professionalism and genuine care in making sure I left with a clear understanding of the services. He was not only knowledgeable but also approachable, which created a very comfortable environment. Overall, the professionalism and dedication of Katie, Olga, and Gary reflect the high standards of this branch. They represent the kind of service that makes clients want to continue banking here.
