    The lady with the glasses was not pleasant and couldn’t answer a simple equation about how a regular HELOC payment gets treated (typically interest due first and the rest goes to principal) to deposit a small amount of cash, you have got fill out a slip (while at ATM you don’t need to do that). How is this “the most convenient” process. Disappointed.

    They dont know what they doing told me to sit down and they will call me sat down for 20 minutes forget about calling they aint even look at me.They think this life is sunshine and rainbows everyone gonna take there sweet time and wait. Only reason im giving 1 star is because of this one lady with hijab asked me if i needed help with costumer service

    The worst TD branch I’ve ever been. Refused to print my lost debit card because customer service was closed on Saturday at 12:50 PM even though the bank hours on Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. Today is 10/18/2025

The process involved entering only a few basic details, (Name, DOB, SSN, Phone number and home address) - yet it took more than 20 minutes to complete. While I understand that certain internal checks and compliance steps may be necessary, the duration seemed excessive for such a straightforward task. This inefficiency can create unnecessary delays and inconvenience for customers. I would strongly suggest reviewing and streamlining this process to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
