While I understand that certain internal checks and compliance steps may be necessary, the duration seemed excessive for such a straightforward task. This inefficiency can create unnecessary delays and inconvenience for customers. I would strongly suggest reviewing and streamlining this process to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
