- JJjayahhOct 19, 20251.0Terrible service,management is horrible td need to do a better job with who they hire.it seems they hire people just to fill a position. This location always has new staff. I have been coming to this branch for years. I Ask the manager about the requirements to open a business account.she couldn’t even give me a clear explanation. She kept talking about things I did not inquire about.I have been assisted by both managers and my issue was not resolved. I had to come back multiple times to sign the same form because someone couldn’t do their job right. I had to go to another branch. How is this a convenient bank ? Do not go to this location for major issues. It will never get done. you can maybe just go for a debit card, print your statement,take out money. Anything else is a joke. They are constantly making errors. I don’t blame the people I blame management. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
