- JJjayahhOct 19, 20251.0Terrible service,management is horrible td need to do a better job with who they hire.it seems they hire people just to fill a position. This location always has new staff. I have been coming to this branch for years. I Ask the manager about the requirements to open a business account.she couldn’t even give me a clear explanation. She kept talking about things I did not inquire about.I have been assisted by both managers and my issue was not resolved. I had to come back multiple times to sign the same form because someone couldn’t do their job right. I had to go to another branch. How is this a convenient bank ? Do not go to this location for major issues. It will never get done. you can maybe just go for a debit card, print your statement,take out money. Anything else is a joke. They are constantly making errors. I don’t blame the people I blame management. This is disgusting and unacceptable.

- KNKristian NammackMay 30, 20251.0WOW what TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE today! The two women at the two teller desks were more intent talking about plans for bowling than serving me. Then the teller who finally acknowledged me could not tell me what the rates are for an interest bearing savings account. Surly attitude. Sad because I had a great last visit with the woman in Customer Service. We are for sure moving our account. I am Treasurer of a nonprofit that banks (banked!!) with TD but no longer! I see from many other comments this is a pattern. GET NEW STAFF!!!!
