Honestly I’m about to change banks, I went to Ridgewood bank on Fulton to deposit 3 checks and some cash while at the ATM, when I try to deposit my checks I noticed only one of checks was returned to me. The ATM ate the other 2 I try to go inside the bank to let them know, but they immediately locked the door in my face and said they were close. Mind you it just turn 2pm, They proceeded to give me my card back through the ATM machine as I stood outside but when I ask about my checks they said we have to wait until Monday. I look in my account to see if the check were at least pending and I saw nothing. The people who work there were very rude and I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 15years old. This ATM stay out of order but instead of putting a sign up they still allow people to continue to go there with the same issues. I’m highly disappointed and after I get my money I will be changing my bank as soon as possible.
