  I had an outstanding experience with the customer service at Northfield Bank, specifically at the Dyker Heights branch located at 1501 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11228. From both a business and personal standpoint, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care was exceptional. Aileen, in particular, went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring that every detail was handled accurately and efficiently. Her ability to clearly explain options, anticipate needs, and follow through made the entire banking and lending process seamless and reassuring. It is clear that both the banking and lending divisions at Northfield Bank are aligned in their goal to truly serve their customers. The team operates with integrity, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction, which is increasingly rare to find. I highly recommend this branch and commend Aileen and the entire staff for consistently delivering excellent service.

  When I come into the branch the staff is friendly and helpful. Melody and Derek always take care of my transactions. They are very helpful and nice. Will recommend this bank.

  This place has good people, however I give this a one star due to the fact that there were 3 different incidents of people charging things on my checking account. I did not give any information to anyone and clearly the bank’s security system is very weak and easy for hackers to breach in. Do not recommend this place unless if you want to deal with that kind of stuff a lot. However the workers are helpful and it is not their fault, but still I’m sure you don’t want your account to get breached in constantly.
