- FMFran MoghabOct 21, 20251.0This Bank sucks I've been waiting for a $250 loan to come through from my insurance company it's taking forever I've been speaking to numerous people nobody knows anything of where this is. Thank God it's not $10,000. This bank is so disappointing I have nothing but problems with them as soon as they took over the flagstar name nothing goes right. Going on over a week already. New York community Bank was way better. And they charged me on top of an ATM fee a foreign tax fee every time I take money out. I'm in South Carolina not a foreign country
- JUJoey UrenaAug 15, 20251.0I’m definitely going to spread the word about the service here they decide to refill the atm in the middle of a business day and when you ask them how long it will be they respond with a very nasty attitude and tell you that you have to wait 30 min why don’t they refill the ATM before they open I believe they have people who was raise in the projects working here with no type of education or professionalism I will continue to make sure the 30 min I wait for the atm that I will tell every customer who walks in to change there’s bank with nasty attitude they have no one should have to deal with this type of un professionalism and didn’t get the lady that scream at me in front of my child and mad her cry but I believe she was a middle age Spanish women I think honestly everyone who has a account here should move to td bank or Bank of America
