- ATAlfred TamOct 13, 20201.0Though probably true of all banks. At Citi, a $4 overdraft spiraled into $208 in fees for me due to terrible overdraft notifications, online systems that display inconsistent information, and a website that didn’t recognize my valid ATM card. Coupled with generally unsympathetic managers at this branch who only gave me literally 20 seconds of their time and making me come back a second time on another day in the middle of a pandemic to close out the account after paying all the fees in full. I would not recommend anyone use Citi or this branch for their banking.
