It was 45 minutes to closing time, and from my experience this type of service takes very little time. As a Citibank customer for over 15 years, this is the first time I have been treated so poorly at one of the company branches. According to banker that spoke with me, the bank was booked for the remainder of the day and I needed an appointment. I find that they are doing a disservice to the community that they are in.

She helped me with just that she detailed the account I was signing up for and made me aware of any "hidden fees" usually there's a monthly fee banks charge and you don't know about them until a few months in. We established an understanding I am happy to come across a beautiful soul like her if you go to this location ask for an appointment with Ms. Banks she's a seasoned banker.
