My son was bothered by the treatment we had received because we are mexicans. The people after us who were american or russian i believe. And the same lady was vert respectful towards these people. She offered them a seat and was very attentive ,very patient , very nice compared to us. They should have bilingual staff that are nice and patient with every person without discrimination. I have an account with citibank for more than 15 years and the service and treatment was HORRENDOUS
