- CRCiara RodriguiezOct 5, 20211.0Citi Bank is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with, I got scammed by a vendor over $6,000 and when I disputed it Citi bank gave me the money back to me in provisional credit but decided to take it back even after I showed them numerous amounts of evidence that I was actually scammed being that I didn’t have $6000 to give back I told them that I could make monthly payments , Citi bank still decided to close my account and sell my account to collections and reported this on my credit score after banking with them for over 10 years and on top of that they banned me from banking with them ever again when I’ve clearly done nothing wrong I was the one that got scammed. I would never recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to bank here citi bank clearly doesn’t respect or appreciate their customers you people are very heartless.
