- MWmichele watkinsOct 17, 20251.0I spoke with Briana Garcia regarding the opening of two accounts. I explained that I was traveling from outta State, and made a 9:30 appt for 10/14 (my brother was to be on both accts). The appt was confirmed and then subsequently changed to 10 am. Upon arrival, no one greeted us. I did notice a couple sitting in an office. 10:10 I asked an employee to be seen by someone, Instead I was told to wait. 10:15 We decided to leave, that's when Briana came out and acknowledged our presence. We left, she'd obviously overbooked. A mere hello, I'm running late would've gone a long way. It was a Noreaster, and I'd driven over 300 miles to be virtually ignored. No courtesy, acknowledged or customer service was offered. This Branch lacks the propensity for excellent business performance, imo.
