- FBfall backDec 4, 20251.0i try to give this branch a chance. but this bank is fairly poor. they are absolutely slow. there's 15 people on line and only ONE teller. yesterday the ATM took my money order for no reason! didn't make the payment and didn't return my money order. now i have to wake up early and run to the branch or they could lie and say they never received a payment. i'm on camera anyway and i have my receipts. they need a different branch here. besides, i hear the citibank branch on flushing ave is run way better and is close enough. wells fargo or capital one should take this branch over. the infrastructure is already here.
