- LDlicia diazJun 15, 20251.0It is 9pm on a Sunday and as a female I can’t even comfortably go into the bank to withdrawal or deposit money as there are ALWAYS homeless people sleeping at the entrance of this branch. This branch is in a good neighborhood so it’s ridiculous to walk into having to step over 3 grown homeless men as soon as you enter the bank. They need to place security in here overnight as it is a safety hazard for people in an establishment you are leaving or entering funds with. This is all the time after hours so beware.

Honestly they gave money away that didn’t belong to the person they gave it too, it belonged to the estate being that they were rent checks and deposited after the persons death. They have an attitude that is just as ugly as their faces and honestly I wouldn’t do any business with them being that you literally have better options on the same street and they treat u terrible here at citi
