  I very rarely come to this branch it just happens to be closer to where i work. they lack customer service and never have enough tellers. This day in particular there was one teller helping three ladies that were all together and i was told it would be a while. My guess is maybe he cannot multitask, there was one customer service rep who made it business to tell the whole bank that his PTO was denied and his account was locked or something. But did not managed to come out from behind his desk an tell me if i transfer my money from my account i can use the ATM rather than waiting on line. When i explained i did not want to do that but i did anyway because i did not want to wait. But yes no customer service AT ALL

  I was good until the Customer service Mgr insulted me by asking what I use my biz money for then proceeds to dismiss me like I neded to co.ebavk the next day because he couldn't verify my acct....What? He e oressex to someone on the phone that he had concerns about the activity on my biz count like I was committing some fraud or something !! Thst my damn acct and what I do with my mo ey is my biz! I felt profiled !!

  ATM card reader has not been working for the past 5 days. I call the bank , they was very rude and unprofessional. did not see the inconvenience they was causing, if you you need a reliable bank for overnight use. This is not the bank for you..very disappointed

  I traveled 55 miles to get here I got here exactly at closing time unfortunately. I explained that my gas was low and that my car may shut off and how important it was for me to get the money. Guess what ...... I’m unable to do so 🗣I’m now stranded in Brooklyn in this darn heat . Glad I don’t live in New York . I rather it had been closed than to be open to these heartless souls.

  One of the worst service in the whole planet. If u reasing my comment please i beg u. Never never mever open ur account in this bank. There are thousand ot other banks out there. There is citi ctosse the street and chase. Please fo there. Nevver open any kind of checking account in this bank. They will hold ur mony for no reason and they will not tell u why they hold ur money. If you are existing checking customer. Please close ur account and go to soem other bank. If they refuse to pay u from your checing account for any reason just call 911 to make a police report against bank for holding ur money illegally.
